Good first day of competition.  Was hot, humid, and windy which was unfortunate for the steeplers and 4 by 8 squads. Great job Max (the King) on his first steeple in almost a year and all the high schoolers who were tough enough to run the 'chase.

Should be a good meet today.  After two races in two days, I'm taking the day off and just going to watch...see you on the track...
