So I've been away from the blog for awhile as life has been hectic.  But just finished Storm the Stairs at COCC (won the 2-mile) which was pretty dumb preparation for the Steve Larsen Memorial Steeplechase tomorrow.  So we'll see what's left in the tank.

Anyway, excited to see what the high school steeplers can do, see some 4x800m relay action, and definitely watch a great girls 800m field compete on Saturday.

Hope to see a lot of you out there as the weather is supposed to be warm and sunny (hopefully we'll avoid the thunderstorms as we were lucky enough to do today).
